If you have purchased our product through a distributor or re-seller, please contact them directly.

Return Policy for Products purchased directly from Monitech
Warranty claim WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE INVOICE DATE:
If your product is determined to be defective, Monitech will repair or replace the Product.

Product Failure within two years of invoice date

LCD Upgrade Kits- If your product is determined to be defective, Monitech will repair or replace it free of charge.

Refurbished LCD Products – Failure within 3 Months of invoice date
If your product is determined to be defective, Monitech will repair the item or replace it free of charge.

Industrial Parts (TOUCHSCREENS, OVERLAY, KEYPADS BACKLIGHTS AND LCD PANELS)– Failure within 30 Days of Invoice date
If your product is determined to be defective, Monitech will replace it free of charge.

International Customers (Outside USA & Canada)
Monitech will Honor this Warranty 100%. International Customers (Outside USA & Canada) are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on all warranty returns or exchanges.
