Okuma OSP Monitor
Okuma Monitor Okuma is among the leading Japanese CNC brands, and it has stood strong for over 12 decades ever since it was founded in Nagoya in 1898. Cool, huh? But did you know that the company started the business on the desire to make the perfect udon? It has definitely been a long journey, and on the way, Okuma created the machine shop favorite- the OSP controls. And Monitech and Take2, naturally, obliged. Among the hundreds of parts and products we carry, we made sure that many sought-after Okuma components are available for our diverse clientele. Whether it’s an Okuma OSP 700M or OSP5000 / OSP5020 LCD Upgrade Kit or a replacement Okuma OSP-E11L / OSP-U20G LCD Display, you can bet we have it. We didn’t even stop with just screens- we have Okuma backlights, too! We have the LED backlight and Inverter to replace a CCFL in an Okuma OSP7000, OSP700L, and OSP100U. And when you have an Okuma need that isn’t on the Monitech and Take2 websites, you know the drill! Be sure to get in touch with our brilliant team- call, chat, email, or contact form would all do just fine. You know us, we’re flexible. Unlike the overpriced OEM, we actually respond to your request! Fanuc Monitor Made Simple
Decoding Your FANUC Needs It’s no secret that Monitech and T2 have long been many CNC operator’s go-to supplier for a variety of CNC display needs, particularly in replacing the old and bulky FANUC CRTs with sleek FANUC LCD displays. Usually, when you’re encountering difficulties in finding the Monitech part you need, you get in touch with our super awesome team to help you out. And we’re always glad when you do! But how can we reduce the back-and-forth or, even better, empower you to pinpoint the exact part you’re looking for? When it comes to sleek FANUC Monitor LCD displays, there are two key information that would tremendously be beneficial: the A61L and A02B numbers. We can also use the controller model to extract / Cross Reference the correct Monitech LCD Kit for you. The most important detail we’d need to figure out the perfect FANUC replacement LCD is the A61L number, which is the FANUC monitor code. This would directly lead us (or you!) to the FANUC LCD Upgrade Kit you’re looking for, say the 12-inch Fanuc A61L-0001-0087 with a Matsushita TX-1204AC CRT. Or the Fanuc A61L-0001-0077 LCD upgrade kit. Although the A61L info is king, having the A02B number is a pretty helpful confirmation, too. A02B stands for the FANUC controller model. For instance, we’d know that for the A02B-0072-C021 controller, which is commonly found in FANUC 15T and FANUC 10 machines, the perfect replacement is most probably the FANUC LCD Upgrade kit for the 14” A61L-0001-0074 CRT. Same goes for the A02B-0092-C200 controller with the 12.1″ FANUC LCD Upgrade Kit for the A61L-0001-0094 CRT. And when both key details do not lead to anything right away, worry not! We’re still here to extend our best support just the same. Call, chat, fill out our inquiry form, or send an email– whichever you find most convenient! Before I let you go, please don’t forget to check out our ridiculously good November promo, and stay in know by connecting with us on Digi-Key, Facebook and Twitter. Talk to you soon!

We hold quality to the highest standard, so any LCD with a small dead pixel at the bottom of the screen or a minor scratch never gets sold as brand new. We tag it as refurbished and we give it to you at this super low cost (‘cos they’re not as perfect as they ought to be)- although they function just as well as the full-priced ones! And they are Tested the same way, we brun them-in to ensure you get the highest quality which is the Monitech Standard. Hass VMC Monitor
The Haas Workhorse- and it’s not about F1! For any automotive racing enthusiast, the Formula One team is probably what comes to mind when you hear of Haas. But it isn’t a coincidence that it’s also among the revered CNC brands in America, and probably the rest of the world, today. Both the F1 team and CNC giant are owned by Gene Haas. From its origins in Sun Valley, California in 1983 to amassing over a billion dollars’ worth of annual revenue today, Haas has become one of the most reliable CNC machines operators love until this very day. Haas is most well-known for its flagship VF series– a wide range CNC and Vertical Machine Centers (VMC) that cater to almost any size and requirement. Designed and built in California, these machines boast of their customizability and topnotch features at an excellent price- proudly American made. The VF-2 is the most sought-after model from the VF series, a compact VMC offering high productivity at a reasonable cost. It’s still widely available today, and perfectly suits every machine shop- whether it’s just starting out or even if it’s already filled with many powerful machines. While there’s a lot to love about the Haas VF-2 and the VF series in general, it could be quite a pain if a part starts to malfunction- say, its display. You might even have a VF-2 way back from the ‘90s that’s still up and running until now, but certain components are meant to fail one way or another, it is just matter of time. As you probably already know, parts like Haas Monitor LCD display can be challenging to find. And you might even be thinking it’s worth it to spend 60 grand for an all-new VF-2 since the one you got has been in service for decades anyway. On a second thought, maybe there’s more fight left in this workhorse. And if it’s just a dim or failing display, you’re probably right. The good news is, you won’t need to break the bank for a new one just yet, and you don’t have to scour the world for a replacement- Monitech and Take2 got it all right here. (in North America, ready for same day shipping) We’re sure you have lots of questions if this is your first time hearing about us, so go ahead and head over to our FAQ page or get in touch. And just a friendly reminder, that awesome Mazak Monitor deal we offered last month is still on this month! But we’re on our last week so you better hurry- this extended promo video might help. Since we’re generous like that, we also have an ongoing promo on our socials- Facebook and Twitter. Grab that 10% off while it’s still hot!
Controller Fanuc Monitor
It’s a FANUC World We’re proud of the hundreds of brands we carry, but FANUC monitors certainly belong to the top shelf. We have A LOT of replacement parts- touchscreens, keypads, and especially LCD upgrades for the old FANUC monitors. Why did we invest so much time and energy to develop numerous spare parts for FANUC monitors, you ask? Aside from the many loyal customers who love the performance of their machines and who are smart enough to just replace malfunctioning FANUC monitors than to break the bank buying an entirely new machine, FANUC is undeniably an industry leader in automation- from CNCs to industrial robots. FANUC even made it to some publications’ list of top workplaces last year- amid the pandemic. Here are just some of the LCD upgrades of the old FANUC monitors that we made, which is loved just as much by FANUC operators. Remember when the GE-FANUC partnership was still a thing? If you do, you might even have kept a unit- a GE FANUC 44A719977-107, perhaps? We got just the fitting LCD upgrade for that old, bulky GE-FANUC monitor. If you still have the old color CRT A61L-0001-0087, we also have a FANUC monitor replacement that perfectly fits the bill. Same story goes for the A61L-0001-0077- we have the FANUC monitor upgrade for it! The list goes on- A61L-0001-0074, A02B-0076-C061, and A61L-0001-0094 among many others. And you don’t have to remember of those! The only thing you need to keep in mind is if you have any FANUC monitor problems, Monitech and Take2 are here to save the day. Please always feel free to browse our FAQ page, get in touch, and watch our extended promo video. And yes, we’re stretching that super great deal we offered last month up to this month! Here’s another thing you wouldn’t want to miss out on: Get an even bigger price break from the campaigns we are running on Facebook and Twitter– come on, it’s a simple Like and comment, which make this a true steal of a deal!
How to print screen from Panelview 1200
Although the Allen-Bradley PanelView 1200 is an already obsolete line of CNC machines, lots of them are still out on the production floor today boasting their speed, flexibility, ease of operation, and cost-effectiveness. There are probably even operators who are able to keep their PanelView 1200s in mint condition. For today, though, we want to give a shoutout to how easy it is to screen print from a PanelView 1200. As the name suggests, the screen print option allows the operator to print the current screen- that is, copying the current screen to the PanelView 1200 terminal’s print queue and then send it to the printer. While you can do it manually by pressing a button, the programmable controller can also trigger the screen print. The configuration is described further in detail in the Allen-Bradley Reference Manual. What I’d like to focus on, though, is how all this would be in vain if the screen itself is busted. But we got you, as always! We have the LCD Upgrade Kit for the monochrome CRT and we do have the one for color. And it doesn’t end there- we have the keypad and touchscreen replacements, too. With all that said, as long as your controller is working, we take care of all the spares you need so you can screen print all day, all the way. Anyway, remember the uber-discounted promo we ran last month? We extended it until October, so take this as your second shot at an awesome deal! We even got a video for it, too. You might want to check out our FAQ page as well. And if you’ve checked out both our Monitech and Take2 sites but still can’t find what you’re looking for, please do get in touch. And before I let you go, I’ll let you in on a secret- you can get an even bigger price break from the campaigns we just started running on Facebook and Twitter. Check them out!
Allen Bradley Power Flex
Flex that Power Aside from its superb line of CNCs, Allen-Bradley also manufactures VFDs. Put simply, VFDs are a special kind of motor starter that can control motor speed and torque by adjusting the motor frequency and voltage. Just like soft starters, it limits the inrush current upon startup and gradually ramps it up to protect the motor from damage. In addition to that, VFDs also help save up on electrical consumption by controlling the voltage, which is best for applications that do not need to run on its full load for the entire time of operation. If you need a VFD for standalone machines or simple system integration, Allen-Bradley offers its general-purpose VFD line that’s simple and cost-effective- the PowerFlex series. And if you want a quick, easy, and even more cost-effective solution (cheaper than the OEM price, that is) to a broken PowerFlex 525 25B-D1P4N104 keypad, Monitech and Take2 have lots of ready-to-ship stocks that can be delivered to you as early as the following day! Say goodbye to long downtimes and productivity woes, our wide range of spares are here to stay. And since we’re already on the second half of September, take advantage of our ongoing promo before time runs out and while stocks last! Additionally, quench your thirst for answers by checking out our FAQ page or by getting in touch with us. You don’t even have to ask anything to reach out, we’d love to hear what you think in our Feedback section – even if you just want to say hi! Sodick controller monitor
Making Your Mark with Sodick Being the world’s largest EDM manufacturer, Sodick just released new additions to their long line of EDMs this year- the AL40G/AL60G Series. These die-sinker EDMs boast of Sodick’s five core technologies with a matching ten-year positioning guarantee. Who’d say no to that? Sodick’s stunning legacy dates as far back as 1976 to its inception in Yokohama City in Japan. Sodick started with just NC EDMs and then went on to expand to injection molding, 3D printing, and high-speed milling among others. With the company’s strong drive for development, Sodick has established itself as an EDM pioneer. As Sodick Founder and Chaiman Toshihiko Furukawa puts it, “Our work is to build tomorrow.“ The MARK Series is among the earliest Sodick models and have contributed enormously in Japan’s manufacturing industry in the ‘80s. And true to the Japanese standard of quality and reliability, MARK EDMs are still serving the manufacturing sector up to this very day- not only in Japan, but also in the US, and the rest of the world. As much as these MARK machines have proven time and time again how superior Sodick EDMs are, these are no longer offered in the market and all that’s left are legacy machines that, while durable and resilient, would require continuous maintenance and repair like all the others. And finding spares might be a more challenging task than you’d expect. The good news is Monitech and Take2 got your display woes covered. Our Sodick LCD Upgrade Kit covers all MARK machines- from I to XX, 25, and EX. And yes, you read it right. This is not just a replacement; this is an upgrade. And yes again, I really said we can make your MARK machines better than ever. And all this time I was blabbering about Sodick and you’re telling me you have a different machine and you can’t find it on both the Monitech and Take2 sites? No biggie! If you can’t find your display, let us know and we’ll engineer a solution for you. We also have a comprehensive FAQ page for all the other stuff you’ve been wondering about. And honestly, hit us up– I don’t care if you just want to say hi ‘cos we’d love to hear from you! Anyway, don’t forget about our ongoing September promo, which is a total steal! And check out this awesome video if you’re still on the fence about it. And, hey, let’s connect! Facebook, Twitter
Mazak Controller LCD replacement
September Surprise Christmas came early for the valued Monitech and Take2 clientele because of this month’s absolutely magnificent deal: rock-bottom pricing on Mazak controller LCD upgrades!!! We’re all massive fans of the top-of-the-line Japanese brand Mazak here- and for good reason. They’re famous for well-constructed and engineered CNC machining solutions. Rivaling the likes of CNC giants like Haas, Mazak has swept the international industrial market and continues to do so until this very day. Due to their prominence and dominance, so many different companies in various industries use Mazak machines and controllers in their factories and workshops. And thus, the demand for their parts is sky-high. It’s difficult to find a high-quality, reliable, and durable LCD Upgrade Kit for 12″ Toshiba Mazak TR-120S09C, Amada FBD-1253 press brake monochrome CRT, but Monitech and Take2 kept ready-to-ship stocks that can get to you as early as the following day. How can you top that? Well, we just did! We created an alternative- a more cost-effective version. And this month, it’s even cheaper at 20% off! The same goes for our sought-after LCD Upgrade Kit for a 14″ Mazak 8DSP40 Color CRT. And yes, the Mazak 8DSP40 Economy LCD upgrade kit is sold at a discount this month, too! Panelmate CNC Display Repair Parts
PanelMate Repair Parts Revisited It was back in 1986 when PanelMate was first introduced. Since then, there have been six generations of PanelMate, with Eaton’s PanelMate ePro as the latest system available today. What probably best sets PanelMate apart from similar OI products would be the fact that it is the only one that allows the taking of applications from the very first generation and running them on the latest systems. This conversion procedure allows the preservation and continuous service of PanelMate units for over 20 years. PanelMate is a true game-changer in the industrial automation field. Its quality, construction, durability, and features are considered topnotch by experts in the industry. One of PanelMate’s earlier and obsoleted generations would be the 91-0 Series by Cutler-Hammer, which has been acquired by Eaton- a Fortune 500 company whose last year’s sales amounted to as much as $17.86 billion. Although system integrators can transfer applications from old PanelMate units to newer ones, it still is a whole different topic when it comes to hardware failure. Eaton has stopped supporting the obsolete PanelMate units, which means spare part manufacturing has long been halted. Say, for instance, your screen develops a dark spot, you cannot buy any PanelMate replacement screen no matter how hard you look, and you could be forced to upgrade your CNC controller to a whole new and much more expensive system altogether- well, not really. Thanks to Monitech, you don’t have to break the bank to keep your production lines running. For instance, when you have a faulty PanelMate 91-00935-00 monitor, you don’t have to change your entire CNC controller system to a Pro version- you can just replace your display with Monitech’s ML121LLMATE-10. What’s more, ML121LLMATE-10 would also work for various PanelMate machines like 91-00992-00, 91-01536-03, and even the MM-PMC2-200. Aside from the 91-0 Series, Monitech’s CRT to LCD upgrades also includes the LCD kit for the 14-inch PanelMate 4000 CRT, the part number for which is ML121LL4000. There is a whole lot more, to be honest. Just type in “PanelMate” on the search bar and you’ll be able to browse pages of different Monitech offers, even a Panelmate 39PTHX PM3000 Touchscreen (MTPM3000)! There are so many different machines running in thousands of factories all over world, with different brand and model preferences. But hey, whatever works for us, right? What they all do have in common, though, is that their manufacturers tend to discontinue supporting them in just a few years or so and that leaves their customers hanging- unless they spend a fortune to upgrade to products that are still perfectly functional. But why upgrade when your machine can still do the trick with only a few minor repairs required? When you get a crack in the windshield, you don’t throw the whole car away. You get it repaired, which incidentally brings me to the next point. Monitech offers Repair services for your controller display. That’s where Monitech stands- bridging the gap between everything you need and all of the parts OEM’s would no longer provide. Are there questions boggling your mind? Maybe the answer is here. Better yet, talk to us about it! We’re just a filled-out form, email, chat, or phone call away. In these times of obsoleted PanelMates with spares nowhere to be found, why not let Monitech be your guide.
