The kit includes a bright 8″ LED-backlit LCD module (ML080LL0072S), a custom plug‑and‑play cable harness, the MK013‑LLFAN installation bracket, foam strips, power/video adapters, and a detailed installation guide for seamless replacement of the original 9″ CRT on Fanuc A61L‑0001‑0072 & 0042/TA control panels.
This LCD is specifically designed to retrofit the Fanuc 6, 6M series CNC controls that use the A61L‑0001‑0072 or A61L‑0001‑0042/TA 9″ CRT displays. It installs directly into the existing CRT chassis without rewiring or reprogramming.
Yes. The kit is designed for straightforward self-installation. It includes a step-by-step guide, mounting hardware, foam strips, and plug-and-play cables converting 15/24 Vdc CNC power to the 12 Vdc required. Basic screwdrivers and wire crimping tools are all that’s needed.
The guide includes a troubleshooting section. The most common fixes include flipping the blue video cable if you see a blue screen, and ensuring jumper pins 3 & 7 are set on the adapter board if the screen remains blank.
