The kit includes a brand-new 9″ LCD panel, internal video cable kit (MK031 / MK041 wiring harnesses), and mounting hardware specifically designed for the Proto‑Trak M2 controller. The system is plug‑and‑play with no rewiring or re‑programming required. Installation is performed in‑house at Monitech’s facility.
This upgrade is built specifically for the Proto‑Trak M2 controller (desktop style). It is NOT compatible with MX2, MX3, AGE2, AGE3, or M3 controllers. Please contact us if your unit is a different Proto‑Trak model.
No. All installations must be shipped to Monitech. Our trained technicians perform the upgrade in-house, ensuring proper alignment, signal adaptation, and post-install testing. Your unit will then be returned fully ready to use.
Most Monitech installations take several business days once the unit arrives. Shipping times vary based on your location. We’ll provide regular updates throughout the process.
